Custom forms are forms that may be developed by a third-party company to send customer data directly into FMS.

Please note that all custom forms must be:
- Tested for data integrity (during peak and non-peak times)
- Pass data into FMS within 90 seconds.
- Have SSL encryption for security.
It is the responsibility of the company developing custom forms to:
- Procure dummy-domain names, for testing purposes.
- Submit test data during peak & non peak timings, in coordination with Jim’s Infotech.
We do this to ensure integrity of:
- Sensitive customer data, that we are responsible for, in line with our privacy policy
